Life Coaching 101: Behavior patterns.

In simple terms: Your behavior or the activities you do mirror back who you are and a pattern for how you think. Some behaviors patterns can be changed others are fixed. The deciding factor is you.

Examples:

Loud corny behavior

This beta bitch behavior pattern is seen in the leather, the fedora and the words that vibrate with arrogence, self importance and self delusion. He really does think people give a shit about I’m a cool asshole delusion. All he is a fucking beta bitch sniffing on his shitty philosophy or masturbating to his own intelligence. Is this fixable?! Maybe. He just has to have a come to Jesus moment where he realizes nobody gives a fuck what he thinks.

Extrovert behavior

Some dudes don’t give a fuck. Other men choose what to give a fuck about and damn everything else.  Confidence is knowing who you are and not giving a fuck if nobody else cares about it because they don’t. This is behavior that is expressed outwardly from inward self knowledge. Learned behavior.

Burn it all down behavior

Dreams for the moment someone will step on his shoe.

The quiet one.

At peace in his own world. Confident in his own skin. In the flow state my dude.

Habits breed behaviors and personality patterns mirror self indentity. Learn your strengths check your habits and limit your own bullshit from getting in the way of you winning in life.
