It’s been a while. But finally it was time to kick some ass.
“Destiny. Come to me.” I called my weapon to my hand from the element. It was finally time to cut loose.
I felt it come down from the storm. Touching down on my hand. I felt the stab of pain and thrill that was destiny. It formed into my sword quickly became ready for action.
“Brothers. Take care of the foot soldiers. I’m going after the giants.” I said and then now that my sword was in hand I took off for the giants.
I road the lightning sliding across the desert with my sword and kept on going as I approached my first enemy. I sliced his legs whipping up sand and the storm up at my enemy.
The storm came down striking down the titan of technology and other worldly elements.
The giants advanced toward me with incredible speed firing their weapons at me. I caught the lighting and raced up to the skies. Hovering in mid air I felt the rush come to me. I let it ride to top surface of my being and then I roared as I used it to strike down my foes.
I spun around slicing air and sending my enemies the full force of the elements. They froze. Their bodies alight with the elements and then shut down.
I turned my attention to my brothers finally for second to see how they were faring and smiled. The brothers dancing with the lightning.
I smiled. Damn. This mission turned out to be a fun. I turned as I heard grunts behind from one of the dying Robot men. I felt him staring at me. I stared back. “Your pretty strong. The rest of your brothers couldn’t stand against my might. The girl you used to get me here now belongs to my people.”
He stared at me in confusion and I could feel electrical element in him. It was a strange connection we had. We were different but very similar. I brought my element in my voice and around my body. “You best tell your leaders to not come here. My people like the smoke to much and you would only get burn up.”
He nodded. He wanted to show me something though regarding Bee. He stared at me. I nodded. “I named her because the mother of my people claimed her for the Nomads.”
He nodded at me and then several images flashed into my mind of Bee and what she was. Hmm. It wasn’t surprising to learn she wasn’t what she had said she was. She was more a shifter of form like Cy and Lightning Baby. This might have been the reason Lightning Baby had adopted Bee into the Nomads. She like a little sister in some ways. I nodded my head to him. “You best to leave Bro. No offense but fighting your kind really would addictive to my kind.”

The Nomads have quite the reputation. If the Asian kid hero of the story is so aware of them, their existence must have penetrated into the general culture.
I’d like to hear more about the Nomads.
