The tragic comedy of modern times

Hello,

Fellow writers and lover’s of the written word. I greet you with rich affection and warm regards.

Oh! What times we live in. Times of political storms and mass hypnosis televised to our brains and drug induced through our food and we beg, and we cry out for more.

My brain can’t take it some times so I laugh and so I write. Please forgive my wondering thoughts but on this side of the western hemisphere of the spinning goble I can’t sleep and not from lack of trying. My thoughts keep racing and I can’t seem to find the finish line to them.

It’s been one of those weeks. The tragic elements of family secrets being revealed have split my head in two. I’m left wondering about the bonds of true loyalty in the era I live in and moral compass-less people I seem to be connected to maybe I’m the crazy one for believing in the normal bonds of brotherly love for one another.

No. I’m not crazy I’m just a poor idiot born in a time of insanity and weirdness. I was supposed to be asleep but then I stopped watching 21st century televised programing.
