Life of a Prince The Gathering is now out on ebook

Hello,

Writer’s and

Lover’s of the written word.

An excerpt from Life of a Prince the Gathering:

“No. Why would I be lying to you!” Cal asked in a very pointed way. I had the scary feeling he was saying I was lying to him about something. I never lied to him about anything. He was only doing this to divert my attention away from the current subject.

“Tell me. Word for word. What happened?” I said trying to keep the panic out of my voice.

Cal sighed softly. “Demi! Listen to me! Stop this! OK! Just stop this? You’re worrying over nothing. Jazz Coleman doesn’t have any power over you and he isn’t apart of your life anymore. I don’t want to talk about him anymore I want to talk about something more important and of immediate concern to me right now then Jazz Coleman or your father.”

I shook my head. “First tell me what you said to my Daddy and we can talk about anything else you want.”

Cal looked at me and I could tell he was starting to get angry with me. “Are you sleeping in your car?” He asked me pointedly.

Cal’s abrupt change of subject and tone took me completely by surprise I didn’t have enough time to school my reactions. Cal had thrown me completely off. My mind went blank. I’m guessing he got the reaction he wanted from me. He stared at me with expression of mild annoyance.

My face must have revealed the truth and my embarrassment. I looked away and then I looked back toward his frowning face and steady gaze. I have no idea how he found out but I couldn’t get drawn into that subject it would all be over if I did.
